About us: We strive to preserve traditional practices while refining the wine with 21st century technology. The basic lines of wine are aged in stainless steel tanks. But our main passion is wine in oak barrels. We get these from France and Austria, and for each variety and type there is a different size, type of firing and different wood drying time.
